New Pond Village is conveniently located off of Route 1A in Walpole, MA.
From Route 128 South
- From Route 95 South, take Coney Street, Exit #10. Make a left at top of ramp and go
approximately 1/4 mile, turning right on Route 27.
- At next set of lights you will follow Route 27 straight. Continue on Route 27 to Walpole Center. Take a right onto Route 1A/Walpole Street.
- New Pond Village
is approximately 2 miles on the left.
Alternate Route South on 128

Take Exit 16 - Route 109 west (Westwood).
- After approximately 4 miles, take left at
Bubbling Brook Ice Cream (this is North
Street that becomes Fisher Street).
- Follow
Fisher Street to the very end.
- Take left on
Route 1A/Walpole Street and look for Sunoco
gas station on the right.
- New Pond Village is
approximately 200 yards on the left.
North on Route 95 from Providence, RI
- Take exit at Route 1 (Exit 9 off of 95,
Walpole).
- Follow Route 1/Walpole Street
north to Route 27.
- Follow Route 27 to
Walpole Center.
- Take a right onto Route 1A/Walpole Street.
- New Pond Village is
approximately 2 miles on the left.
