A Spectacular Day of Racing and Retirement Living

While we may not have won the nearly $2 million dollar purse, the six-pound gold trophy or the blanket of roses that come with winning the race—New Pond Village did celebrate in high-style at the community.

Thanks to our dedicated and detailed team of associates, the community was transformed into our own version of Churchill Downs with the sights and sounds of race day.

Complemented with bite-sized refreshments and signature mint juleps, attendees spent time mingling with residents, placing mock bets on the race and learning about the ways New Pond Village is a sure bet when it comes to retirement living.

Highlights included a guided tour of our campus including a look inside some of our maintenance-free, fully appointed apartment homes and a Q&A session with New Pond Village sales counselors.
