Meet our executive director.

Adam Manchester was very close to his grandparents growing up, and he credits that with how he leads his team, runs operations and listens to those in the community. Working with seniors is his passion: His entire career has been dedicated to senior living. Adam has been with Benchmark Senior Living, New Pond Village’s parent company, since 2002. Before coming to New Pond Village, he helped open Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn, a brand-new and now thriving senior living community.

Favorite Part of His Job

Interacting with the residents is what brings him to work every day. “Whenever possible, if I can be out of my office, my favorite part is spending time with our residents and associates, getting to know who they are.”

In His Spare Time

Outside work, he loves spending time with his wife Rebecca; three children, Tristen, Finley and Noa; and the family’s two dogs, Nali and Mia. He also enjoys the outdoors, golf, CrossFit and tabletop games with friends.
