Meaghan Lyver

Meaghan Lyver began her job as director of community relations at New Pond Village in July 2021. Before that, she worked in the transportation industry in marketing and advertising sales.

In high school, she worked at a Masonic Home senior living community as a server in the dining room and “fell in love with all of the residents and their families.”

“I always knew that I wanted to have a career working in that type of environment,” she says. “So, when I saw this role open, I applied for it immediately.”

Meaghan’s primary role is to attract new clients and residents to move to New Pond Village. She says her favorite part of the job is building relationships with prospective residents and families and getting to know them and how they will fit into the community.

The community aspect she likes to stress most when talking to prospects is how welcoming and friendly everyone is, adding, “I feel like I ended up with 100 grandparents overnight!”

When she’s not at work, Meaghan enjoys spending time with her son, boyfriend and dog and doing anything that involves being outdoors.
