Pamela DeSimone

Pamela DeSimone serves as the director of human resources at New Pond Village. She is responsible for managing recruiting efforts, facilitating learning and development initiatives, administering benefits, driving organizational development and fostering associate engagement.

Industry Expertise

Pamela brings 27 years of experience to the position, working in multifaceted industries, from higher education and manufacturing to food service and facilities management. She prides herself on her deep understanding of both the business side and employee perspective, allowing her to easily navigate relationships with various stakeholders across organizations and ensure alignment between HR goals and business objectives.

Passion for Senior Care​

Milestones

Pamela graduated from Bryant University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) certification.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and rescuing dogs in search of a permanent home.
