Benchmark Senior Living Names Adam Manchester Senior Campus Executive Director
Benchmark Senior Living announces Adam Manchester as senior campus executive director, effective immediately. With this promotion, Adam will oversee operations for all continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in the Benchmark portfolio.
Adam has served as campus executive director at New Pond Village for seven years and will continue in that role while expanding his impact across the broader CCRC portfolio.
A Thoughtful Evolution in Leadership

Supporting Communities Where Connection Lives
In this newly created role, Adam is responsible for operations for all four Benchmark CCRCs, which include New Pond Village in Walpole, MA; Edgehill in Stamford, CT; Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT and The Commons in Lincoln, located in Lincoln, MA.
A Career Built on Experience and Connection
Adam brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in senior living. He began his career with Benchmark in 2002 as a Home Office accountant and quickly grew within the organization.
Over the years, he has served as associate executive director and executive director of Harbor Point at Centerville, as well as executive director roles at Haverhill Crossings, The Falls at Cordingly Dam and Billerica Crossings. In 2016, he became the opening executive director at Benchmark at Woburn.
At New Pond Village, leadership is deeply connected to the everyday experiences of residents and associates—something Adam has helped foster through a culture where relationships, engagement and a strong sense of community come first.
