New Pond Village Unveils Premier Access Club
New Pond Village is now enrolling future residents in the recently launched Premier Access Club. This program gives members exclusive access to events, amenities and other perks that will make them feel a part of the community while they wait for their desired apartment home to become available.
Early Access to Activities & Amenities
New Pond Village is set on a beautifully manicured campus and offers residents an active, maintenance-free lifestyle. Members of the Premier Access Club can attend one of the many activities, classes or lectures offered each month, spend time in the gardens and enjoy a monthly gourmet meal in the bistro or dining venue. These soon-to-be residents can stay up to date on all that’s happening at New Pond Village with access to the resident portal and they can even spend the night in one of the community’s guest rooms.
“While we take pride in our beautiful apartment homes, those aren’t the focal point of life at New Pond Village,” says Campus Executive Director Adam Manchester. “The main reason people choose to live here is our friendly, warm and welcoming community. So why not let our future residents become part of our community while they wait for an ideal apartment to open up?”
Fostering New Friendships and Connections
Anyone who has secured a place on New Pond Village’s waitlist with a unit deposit is placed in the Premier Access Club. In addition to invitations to the community’s activities and amenities, members also receive a personalized gift from the community and can take part in quarterly events with fellow club members. One member said after a recent event, “We really felt valued and it hit home that you already consider us members of the community.”
“This is about fostering connections, which is what makes life at a CCRC so meaningful and rewarding,” says Manchester.
